Network outage

At 17:48 the network connections to our platform recovered. Since then we've seen a couple of minor issues that have also been fully resolved now. If you are still experiencing issues please email us on support@exonet.nl.

The problem was caused by a corrupt configuration on all leaf switches in use by our network provider. They've performed a full rollback of the configuration on all leaf switches to resolve the issue. The root cause of the problem is still under investigation.

We'll be expecting a complete incident report from our network provider later this week on the exact cause of this outage and on how incidents like these will be prevented in the future. As soon as that incident report is available we'll share it here as well.
